Job summary

Auxo Talent is partnering with a leading global payments organization to lead a high-profile Commercial Card launch across the Asia-Pacific region. The PMO/Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery from planning and solution design through testing, launch, and stabilization, coordinating across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external partners.

You will ensure on-time, within-scope delivery, manage risks, and report progress to executives while aligning business goals

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Business Analysis within Banking, Payments, Cards, or FinTech.
• Proven experience delivering card launches, card platform enhancements, payment implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the card issuing ecosystem and end-to-end card lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex project plans, stakeholder communications, governance, risks, testing, and post-launch activities.
• Strong ability to work across both business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Commercial Card launch program, managing planning, execution, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Sales, and external partners.
• Manage critical dependencies across card issuance, customer onboarding, transaction processing, billing, fraud monitoring, reconciliation, disputes, and reporting.
• Work closely with payment networks, processing partners, technology vendors, and third-party providers to deliver program objectives.
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, certification, pilot testing, and operational readiness.

Project Manager - Commercial Card Launch

We are partnering with a leading global payments organization that powers secure and innovative payment solutions across more than 200 countries and territories. As they continue to expand their commercial payments capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Card Launch PMO / Project Manager to lead a strategic card program implementation.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial card launch, collaborating with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and risk functions while helping shape the next generation of corporate payment solutions.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a Commercial Card program—from planning and solution design through testing, launch, and post-implementation stabilization.

You will serve as the central coordination point across cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are achieved, risks are managed, and the program is delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.

You will also:

• Lead the overall Commercial Card launch program, managing planning, execution, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities.


• Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.


• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Sales, and external partners.


• Manage critical dependencies across card issuance, customer onboarding, transaction processing, billing, fraud monitoring, reconciliation, disputes, and reporting.


• Work closely with payment networks, processing partners, technology vendors, and third-party providers to deliver program objectives.


• Facilitate business and operational requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.


• Support the creation and review of business requirements, process flows, user stories, and operational procedures.


• Identify project risks, issues, and gaps, driving timely resolution and mitigation plans.


• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, certification, pilot testing, and operational readiness.


• Ensure all regulatory, legal, compliance, security, and governance requirements are completed before launch.


• Provide regular status reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support the transition of the program into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations following launch.

What are we looking for? Ideal candidates, must have:

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Business Analysis within Banking, Payments, Cards, or FinTech.
