Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Building Manager to perform daily inspections and oversee key facilities such as security, cleaning, landscaping and safety systems.

You will coordinate with the M&E team for fit-out inspections and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. The role requires a Diploma in Building Management (or equivalent), at least 2 years' experience with commercial buildings, and a service‑oriented, tenant‑facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and regular inspections to ensure the building is in good condition.
• Follow up on rectifications and recommend improvements to management.
• Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car park systems, fire safety, and building repairs.
• Coordinate with the M&E team for inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Act as a CERT member, conduct fire drills, inspect fire protection systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address feedback, and liaise with authorities and the public on improvement works and emergencies.
