Job summary

Henderson Security Services in Singapore seeks a Security Operations Centre professional to monitor real-time events, manage site communications, and coordinate responses to security alerts to ensure safety and service quality. The role involves tracking attendance, maintaining 24-hour site coordination, controlling access points, and generating detailed operation reports.

You will handle CCTV analytics, contact clients, and log daily occurrences, while working 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum SSO PWM Rank.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time operation events to identify and elevate security issues promptly
• Track attendance records of on-ground officers and prepare detailed reports for management
• Maintain 24-hour communication with all sites, supervisors, and managers to ensure operational coordination
• Manage remote access control points and administer clearance for persons and vehicles according to protocols
• Monitor alarm alerts and activate response teams, then prepare operation completion reports
• Monitor video analytics CCTV and respond following established procedures
• Perform inbound and outbound calls to maintain customer service and support communication needs
• Manage and resolve client enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Record and log all daily occurrences accurately for operational tracking
• Manage deployment of ground officers to sites to meet contractual requirements
• Perform other duties assigned by the Command Centre Operations Manager
• Work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays as per roster
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email proficiently to support daily tasks
