Job summary

Henderson Security Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Command Centre Operator to monitor real-time events, coordinate responses, and maintain safety and service quality across client sites.

You will work in a central Command Centre, liaising with sites and officers, analyzing incidents, and generating detailed logs and reports using standard MS Office tools. This role requires fluent English, resilience for shift work, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security operations or control room environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with sites and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time operation events to identify and escalate security issues.
• Track attendance records of on-ground officers and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Maintain 24-hour communication with all sites, supervisors, and managers for operational coordination.
• Manage remote access control points and administer clearance for persons and vehicles per protocols.
• Monitor alarm alerts and activate response teams, then prepare operation completion reports.
• Monitor CCTV video analytics and respond according to procedures.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls to support customer service and communications.
• Record and log all daily occurrences for operational tracking.
• Deploy ground officers to sites to meet contractual requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Command Centre Operations Manager.
• Work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays as rostered.
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
• Utilize Word, Excel, Outlook for daily tasks.
