Qualifikationen

• Knowledge in accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Min 3 years in finance or accounting; collections/revenue management preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable with ownership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), data analytics and BI tools; RPA/AI interest.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end collections/billing process and intervention strategies.
• Coordinate with operations, legal and project teams for timely follow-up with customers.
• Oversee validation, authorization, and refunds to external parties.
• Ensure SB-FRS compliant accounting treatment for collections and refunds.
• Prepare month-end, year-end and audit schedules; liaise with auditors.
• Maintain SOPs and governance aligned with government finance regulations.
• Drive process improvements via analytics, RPA and AI.
• Produce management reports on ageing, balances and recovery performance.
• Lead team objectives, workload allocation and professional development.
