Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of operation processes and metrics, incl. infrastructure, workforce and collection process.
• Analyze operational data to identify fluctuations and improvements in productivity and cost.
• Project operational resources to ensure stable operations.
• Support development and alignment of SOPs, best practices and performance targets.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate closely with local operations teams.
• Business travel requirement: ~6 times per year.

The Regional Collection team develops data-driven strategies and policies to improve collection operations and performance across Monee's consumer and SME lending businesses.

About The Team

The Regional Collection team develops data-driven strategies and policies to improve collection operations and performance across Monee's consumer and SME lending businesses.

As a regional team, we closely monitor the operation data across different markets to support data driven decision making. Moreover, AI initiatives play a big role in process and operation improvements. Last but not least, cross team collaboration is critical to implement all the changes.

We work closely with local ops teams, regional ops team, product team and risk policy team to drive the operation optimization across markets.

Job Description

• Deep understanding of all the operation process and operational metrics, including infrastructure, workforce and collection process.
• Analyze operational data, identify unexpected operation fluctuations and potential improvements of productivity / cost.
• Projection of the operational resource to ensure the stability of operations.
• Support the development and alignment of SOPs, best practices, and performance targets

• Closely cross team collaboration with local ops team
• Business trip requirement: ~6 time / year
