Job summary

Monee is seeking a bright Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Singapore team. You will conduct market, competitor, and internal research to identify opportunities for business improvements and support strategic planning across key verticals.

You will monitor performance, prepare management reports with data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business units to drive action and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, General Business, Business Analytics or in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in strategy & operations, business analysis, consulting, fintech, retail banking, or financial institutions.
• Structured thinking, research, and slide-writing capability.
• Proven data analytics expertise to support business performance tracking and informed decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to take initiative in driving actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to diagnose business challenges, align action plans, and drive project execution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with senior stakeholders on business planning, business reviews, and other group-level strategic initiatives.
