Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a Regional Collection Operations Analyst to join the Regional Collection team. You will help develop data-driven strategies and policies to improve collection operations and performance across Monee's consumer and SME lending businesses, leveraging AI initiatives and cross-team collaboration with local ops, regional ops, product, and risk policy teams.

You will work on understanding operation processes and metrics, analyzing data to identify productivity and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong interest in project management and process improvement
• Skilled at communicating and collaborating with diverse teams
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
• Structured thinker with good problem-solving capabilities
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of all the operation process and operational metrics, including infrastructure, workforce and collection process
• Analyze operational data, identify unexpected operation fluctuations and potential improvements of productivity / cost
• Projection of the operational resource to ensure the stability of operations
• Support the development and alignment of SOPs, best practices, and performance targets
• Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution
• Closely cross team collaboration with local ops team
• Business trip requirement: ~6 time / year
