A13 KAKI PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run daily coffeeshop operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure hygiene and food safety compliance in line with Singapore regulations.

The role focuses on driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high standards of customer service. You will coordinate with stall tenants, suppliers, and contractors, address customer feedback, and implement SOPs while training staff to maintain consistent

Qualificações

Relevant diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

Oversee daily coffeeshop operations to maintain high service standards and efficient workflow.
Supervise employees by coordinating shift schedules and monitoring performance.
Enforce hygiene and food safety compliance in line with Singapore regulations.
Monitor operating expenses, sales and profitability to optimize financial performance.
Coordinate with stall tenants, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Address customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to enhance customer experience.
Implement standard operating procedures and conduct staff training to maintain consistent service quality.
Prepare operational reports analyzing performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
Ensure full compliance with relevant Singapore food safety and workplace regulations.
