KIMLY FOOD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is urgently hiring an Outlet Supervisor for a busy Bishan location. You will manage daily operations, ensure food safety, and deliver excellent customer service while leading recruitment, training, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing, stock management, payroll administration, and sales reporting. You will work with the team to maintain hygiene standards and contribute to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in coffee shop / F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Independent worker capable of problem solving.
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Willing to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, including opening/closing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback and operational issues.
• Support management to improve sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Plan manpower to align staffing with needs.
• Ensure staff follow company rules.
• Monitor attendance and payroll administration.
• Tally sales and finance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary (Urgent Outlet Supervisor Hiring - Location at Bishan)

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow, compliance with food safety standards, and excellent customer service. Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff while handling administrative duties including payroll and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Operation

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Handle promptly to customers’ needs, enquiries, feedback and operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the management in improving sales and profitability.

Manpower

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Plan manpower requirements to align staffing levels with operational needs.
• Ensure staff follow company rules and procedures.

Administration

• Monitor staff attendance and fulfill administrative work for payroll.
• Tally sales and finance reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
