Job summary

5 Drunken Rabbits Holding seeks a hands-on administrator for F&B outlets. You will manage administrative matters for tenants, run daily sales and audits, and plan duty rosters while ensuring hygiene SOP adherence and outlet maintenance.

The role requires attention to inventory accuracy and the ability to report customer preferences to the Head, with duties spanning 6 days a week. Experience in F&B is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful with the ability to work under pressure.
