Job summary

King's Cart Coffee Factory in Singapore is seeking a Management Executive to support day-to-day operations and inventory planning for our coffee service. The role combines hands‑on coffee preparation with stock control and event coordination.

You will manage the coffee bar, prepare beverages to standard, handle stock replenishment, and assist with on‑site coffee cart events, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experience. Training and uniform are provided to support you.

Qualifications

• Barista experience and proficiency with standard espresso methods and beverage preparation.
• Experience with stock management, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations and supporting events.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coffee bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to quality standards.
• Manage stock ordering and inventory to minimise wastage.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness and SOP compliance.
• Handle cashiering and other operational admin duties as required.
• Prepare and serve simple hot foods per safety standards.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle daily customer or operational matters.
• Support execution of coffee cart events, including on-site prep and service.
• Coordinate with Operations on event requirements, stock, equipment and other arrangements.
• Assist with other operational and administrative responsibilities as required.
