Job summary

KINGS CART COFFEE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Executive to support daily coffee cart operations, inventory planning, and event coordination. You will balance hands-on coffee preparation with stock control and administrative duties to ensure smooth service.

You will contribute to on-site coffee preparation, beverage service, and maintaining quality standards while supporting weekend events and customer satisfaction. Training and staff support are provided to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Barista experience with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Experience in stock ordering or inventory management is preferred.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day operational responsibilities independently.
• Pleasant, responsible and proactive with a positive working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and support events according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coffee bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory levels and replenishment to minimise wastage.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
• Handle cashiering, ordering and other administrative duties.
• Prepare and serve simple hot food items per food safety standards.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle day-to-day matters.
• Support execution of coffee cart events, including on-site preparation and service.
• Coordinate with Operations on event requirements, stock and equipment.
