Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes.
• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce high-quality coffee.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work independently and in a team to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Adhere to all company policies including food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist in other areas of operations such as answering queries, taking orders with POS, and food prep.
