Kings Cart Coffee Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Events Supervisor to oversee coffee cart events from setup to teardown, coordinate staffing, and liaise with clients. The role involves hands-on operations and administrative coordination to ensure seamless events across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have driving credentials, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with flexibility for weekends and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3/3A driving license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of coffee cart events.
• Manage event manpower scheduling for all events.
• Liaise with clients via email and other channels for requirements and arrangements.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of beans and equipment to venues.
• Supervise event operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist with administrative duties and event planning.
