Job summary

Allpress Espresso is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our Singapore team. You will manage stock, pack orders on time, and handle deliveries while supporting warehouse duties and events. Regularly service and troubleshoot espresso machines on-site and conduct visits to customers across Singapore.

You should enjoy talking coffee with customers, stay organised, and bring a hands-on attitude. Coffee industry experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulics).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organisation and timekeeping.
• Calm, level-headed under pressure.
• Coffee-making experience and/or coffee industry background preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and pack customer orders accurately and on time.
• Handle deliveries.
• Support the team with warehouse duties, event support and admin.
• Hands-on with espresso machinery (La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig etc.) from setup to troubleshooting.
• Carry out onsite service visits for customers across Singapore.
