Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a customer-focused guest service professional for our food & beverage outlets in Singapore. You will handle orders, serve guests, upsell, and share knowledge of coffee drinks and pastries while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

Role requires at least 1 year in guest service within hospitality, optional diploma, and food hygiene certification. You will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, contributing to a professional, well-groomed

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist team members to prepare and set up in restaurants and maintain stock and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell and explain menu items.
• Educate customers on coffee drinks and equipment while promoting pastries and cookies.
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks following approved recipes and techniques.
• Maintain inventories and ensure equipment is functioning and stocked.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per regulations.
• Continuously improve processes and store/coffee bar appearance.
