Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer in Singapore to handle root cause analysis and remediation of defects. You will prioritize issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and support deployments across SIT, UAT and production environments to ensure smooth releases.

The role requires 3+ years in production support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years' production support experience across multiple technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with payments domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on application defects and provide remediation solutions.
• Prioritize defects and plan releases based on criticality.
• Support end-to-end testing and deployments in SIT/UAT/Production environments.
• Improve system resiliency and performance to scale with volumes.
• Maintain production stability with risk and impact assessments.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on issues or queries.
• Assist Level 2 support with incident investigations and recovery feasibility.
• Comply with SDM guidelines and IT policies.
• Share learning outcomes to improve quality and reduce future defects.
• Ensure production release documentation is up-to-date.
