Tanjong Beach Club, part of The Lo and Behold Group, sits on Singapore’s sandy coastline with coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails. As a kitchen team member, you’ll set up stations, ensure top presentation and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen.

You’ll check ingredient quality, monitor stock, and keep hygiene standards high while contributing to a vibrant, coastal dining experience. Join a dynamic, young team and enjoy daily beach views, staff benefits, and a clear path for career growth

Responsabilidades

• Setting up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
• Checking quality of ingredients
• Monitoring stock and placing orders when there are shortages
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards and Troubleshooting any problems that may arise
• 5 day work week
• Transport from Harbourfront MRT
• Join a dynamic, young and fun loving service team
• Amazing daily views of Singapore's most idyllic stretch of beach
• Excellent team culture and a defined career growth plan to develop yourself

Tanjong Beach Club is a surfside restaurant, bar and club, all in one; on Singapore’s best strip of sand. With panoramic views of the sea, Tanjong Beach Club is an urban getaway serving fresh coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails, over sprawling poolside daybeds and indoor dining spaces.
