Job summary

Udyogah in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Turner cum Programmer to join our precision machining team. You will program, set up, operate, and inspect CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision Oil & Gas components.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications, optimize programmes, select tools and settings, and conduct inspections to ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Turner/CNC Lathe Programmer or CNC Machinist.
• Strong knowledge of CNC turning machine setup, operation, and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and machining specs.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with CNC programming and editing using relevant machine controls.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for inspections.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner cum Programmer to join our precision machining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and inspecting CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision components for the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Relevant technical qualification in CNC Machining / Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Lathe Programmer / CNC Machinist, preferably in the Oil & Gas or precision engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of CNC turning machine setup, operation, and programming.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.

Good knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, workholding, tooling selection, and machining parameters.

2 to 5 years of Experience with CNC programming and editing using relevant machine controls

Ability to use precision measuring and inspection instruments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned machining jobs.

Safety-conscious with a strong focus on quality and productivity.

This is a hands-on technical position. Candidates who are only experienced in machine operation or basic programme editing will not be suitable. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical judgement, problem-solving ability, precision, ownership, and accountability.
