Udyogah in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Turner cum Programmer to join our precision machining team. You will program, set up, operate, and inspect CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision Oil & Gas components.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications, optimize programmes, select tools and settings, and conduct inspections to ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards.

Competenze

Proven experience as CNC Turner/CNC Lathe Programmer or CNC Machinist.
Strong knowledge of CNC turning machine setup, operation, and programming.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and machining specs.
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.
2 to 5 years of experience with CNC programming and editing using relevant machine controls.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for inspections.

Mansioni

Set up, operate, and programme CNC turning machines for precision machining of Oil & Gas components.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications.
Create, edit, and optimise CNC programmes for efficient production and tolerances.
Select cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and parameters based on material and job requirements.
Perform machine setting, tool offset adjustments, and first-article inspections before production.
Machine Oil & Gas parts such as flanges, valve components, couplings, shafts, fittings, and pressure-containing parts.
Conduct in-process and final dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machining issues, programme errors, tooling problems, and quality defects to minimise downtime.
Ensure all completed parts meet quality standards, tolerances, and customer specifications.
Take ownership of the machining process from programming to completion while maintaining safety and productivity.
