Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience maintaining CNC machines (turning & milling).
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc or Siemens.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machining equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate response to emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC turning and milling machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose faults in CNC systems, including drives, motors, and control units.
• Minimize machine downtime through fast and effective problem-solving.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and alignment of machinery.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and oil & gas industry regulations.
