TECHWARE FOCAL PRECISION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to write and modify turning and milling CNC programs using Siemens NX, and to create setup sheets.

You will troubleshoot programming issues, review existing programs for efficiency, select tools and fixtures, and lead root cause analysis for quality improvements in oil and gas manufacturing. This is an in-person on-site role.

Formación

• 6+ years CNC programming experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheets using Siemens NX.
• Troubleshoot and assist machinists with CNC programming issues.
• Analyze, review, and recommend improvements to existing programs to boost machining efficiency.
• Select and recommend tools purchases or new equipment.
• Lead with machining defect investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Assess feedback on product design and manufacturability issues.
• Design fixtures and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.

Job Responsibilities:

• To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Siemens NX.
• To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
• To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
• To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
• To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
• To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
• To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum of 6 years CNC machines / Programming experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work.
