Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to write and modify turning and milling programs using Siemens NX.

The role is based in Singapore and requires hands-on collaboration with machinists to optimize setups and improve machining efficiency. Candidates should have extensive CNC programming experience, preferably in oil and gas, with a track record of tool selection, fixture design, and defect investigation to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years CNC machines / Programming experience.
• 4+ years' experience in oil and gas industry performing programming work.

Responsibilities

• To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Siemens NX.
• To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
• To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
• To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
• To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
• To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
• To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
