Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CNC Programmer for a on-site role in Singapore (Joo Koon).

The position is a 5‑day week, working from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include writing and modifying turning/milling CNC programs in Siemens NX, supporting machinists, improving existing programs, tool selection, and leading root-cause analysis for manufacturing quality issues.

Qualifications

• 6+ years CNC machines / Programming experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience in oil and gas industry performing programming work

Responsibilities

• To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Siemens NX.
• To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
• To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
• To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
• To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
• To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
• To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
