Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a CMMS Executive to oversee the implementation, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of IRIS across multiple projects. You will work closely with operations, clients, and contractors to translate requirements into effective digital workflows.

The role emphasizes planning, configuring modules and workflows, training users, and ensuring smooth go-lives with post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in FM, IT, IS, or related field.
• 1–2 years CMMS implementation or facilities management digitalization experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into workflows.
• Experience with BPMN-based workflow configuration or low-code platforms.
• Experience supporting system testing, data migration, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate IRIS deployments across projects.
• Gather operational requirements from clients and engineers.
• Translate requirements into system configurations and plans.
• Configure IRIS modules, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Train users and support onboarding and go-live.
• Identify improvements from feedback for adoption.
