Job summary

No deviation Pte Ltd invites applications for a CMMS Support role in a biotech manufacturing setting. You will act as a liaison among managers, QA, engineers, and maintenance teams to administer the CMMS database and ensure accurate work order and job plan documentation.

You will manage work order workflows, review completion records, and support training. The ideal candidate has a polytechnic diploma, CMMS experience (Maximo/SAP/EAMS), and strong data, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct experience in the Bio/Pharma industry is preferred.
• Experience administering CMMS systems and data records.
• Proficiency with CMMS databases (Maximo, SAP, EAMS) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between managers, QA, engineers, and maintenance teams on Work Order and Job Plan processes.
• Administer, execute database entries, and maintain the CMMS database for applicable areas.
• Facilitate Work Order processing to ensure timely and orderly flow via CMMS workflow.
• Review Work Order completion documentation, attachments, signatures, and dates; follow up as needed.
• Review Job Plan documentation, attachments, signatures, and dates; follow up as needed.
• Process job plans per procedures; maintain documentation of maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Handle job plan processing including email notifications, signatures, and record updates.
• Manage system access creation/modification/review, outage support, and data integrity checks.
• Assist with generation of PM work orders as required.
