Job summary

CPG Facilities Management is seeking a Digital Project Engineer to coordinate Smart FM, IoT and digital application deployments across Singapore sites. You will liaise with technology vendors, clients and FM operations to ensure smooth deployment, testing and handover with minimal site disruption.

You will engage with site teams, translate requirements for vendors, and support demonstrations, training and onboarding sessions. Strong coordination, communication and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline with 1–3 years experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Smart FM, IoT and digital technologies welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of building services, M&E systems, sensors, networks or system integration will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities for Smart FM, IoT and digital application implementation projects.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate installation requirements, work schedules, access arrangements and site readiness.
• Work with site teams and vendors to ensure implementation activities are completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing and handover activities.
• Maintain project schedules, action lists and documentation.
