Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to support our maintenance management system. You will assist in data entry, system upkeep, and migration tasks within the CMMS (IFS).

The role includes preparing training materials, training operations personnel in inventory management, and performing ad hoc duties assigned by the Line/Functional Manager while maintaining accuracy and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong typing, organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general data punching and administrative support for the CMMS data entry.
• Convert documents from PDF to a Company template for CMMS migration.
• Enter maintenance schedule data from vendor manuals into CMMS templates.
• Assist in spare part codification cross-checking and verification.
• Interface with management and various departments to ensure accurate data flow.
• Communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain high attention to quality of work and deadlines.
