Job summary

You will partner with performance teams, underwriters and AML to optimize onboarding and production, while guiding strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers and be accountable for KPIs and team development.
• Work with Business Performance Team to develop campaigns and new channels for agencies to acquire customers.
• Drive sales through identified KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with underwriter and AML team on underwriting requirements for HNW/Affluent cases.
• Manage stakeholders with clear internal and external communication.
• Leverage digital and media to reach new customer segments.
