Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association is looking for a Senior Operations Executive to oversee club maintenance, customer service, housekeeping, fire safety, and security. The role ensures efficient clubhouse operations and supervision of external vendors driving maintenance, safety checks, and project coordination.

Job description

Senior Operations Executive / Operations Executive

You will be responsible for the management of Club maintenance, including customer service, housekeeping, fire safety, security matters as well as the overall operational efficiency of club operations. This includes overseeing and supervising all service providers' operations in areas of security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and all other contracted maintenance suppliers. You will also responsible for facility management, including swimming pool and car park operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deal with suppliers, term contractors, and any external agency pertaining to physical maintenance work carried within and around the clubhouse

• Manage service contracts and related tenders

• Work with the Facilities Planning & Management team for relevant clubhouse projects

• Ensure vendor compliance with SAFRA's maintenance and renovation work requirements

• Ensure firm control of club operations and compliance with authorities' regulations / procedures / work safety health (WSH) and disciplinary adherence

• Ensure high service quality and standards, housekeeping and maintenance performance standards through monthly club inspections and performance review meetings with vendors

• Ensure compliance and review of established procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure efficiency of club operations

• Conduct regular audit checks on security operational issues

• Conduct table-top exercises, fire safety drills and safety exhibitions at least twice a year as club's Fire Safety committee member / fire safety manager

• Manage Operating expenses and ensure it falls within the allocated budget

About you

• Supervise Assistant Administration Operations Executive, Maintenance Technician, Lifeguards, Customers Service Officers, Club Service Providers (Maintenance)

• Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of all equipment to uphold full functionality within facility areas

• Handle and management of customers / members feedback and complaints

• Introduce and provide relevant operational staff trainings

• Work closely with Administration Team with regards to vendor management and ensuring compliance to authorities' requirements
