Job summary

2A ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Club Operations leader to oversee day-to-day operations, establish service standards and a member-first culture.

You will lead the Club Manager and the operations leadership team, coordinate across membership, kitchen, wine, bar and events, and drive improvement, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Club operations and establish service and operational standards.
• Ensure effective coordination across member-facing areas and supporting departments.
• Champion a member-first culture and personally oversee significant member concerns and service recovery.
• Lead, coach and develop the Club Manager and Operations leadership team.
• Review manpower, productivity, labour costs, operating expenses and operational performance.
• Maintain visible leadership during key service periods and major Club activities.
• Identify operational risks, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgets, revenue initiatives and effective utilisation of Club facilities.
• Ensure appropriate safety, incident reporting and operational compliance practices.
• Collaborate closely with Membership, Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Events, Finance and HR.
