• Significant leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or hotels.
• Proven experience leading sizeable operational teams.
• Strong premium-service, commercial, financial and problem-solving capability.
• High professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall day-to-day Club operations and establish service and operational standards.
• Ensure effective coordination across member-facing areas and supporting departments.
• Champion a member-first culture and personally oversee significant member concerns and service recovery.
• Lead, coach and develop the Club Manager and Operations leadership team.
• Review manpower, productivity, labour costs, operating expenses and operational performance.
• Maintain visible leadership during key service periods and major Club activities.
• Identify operational risks, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgets, revenue initiatives and effective utilisation of Club facilities.
• Ensure appropriate safety, incident reporting and operational compliance practices.
• Collaborate closely with Membership, Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Events, Finance and HR.
