Changi Beach Club seeks a hands-on Operations Executive to support daily club operations, facilities, and service delivery. You will coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or Hospitality and 2–3 years in operations, hospitality, or club management. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in operations / hospitality / club management.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily club operations including clubhouse, sports facilities, and F&B areas.
Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and operational at all times.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Handle member feedback and operational issues promptly.
Support event setup, coordination, and execution.
Monitor and enforce SOPs, safety, and compliance requirements.
Assist in staff coordination, duty roster planning, and supervision.
Track and report on operational performance and issues.
Work closely with management on improvement initiatives and cost control.
