• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, email, or messaging with clear information about services and events.
• Perform reception and front desk duties including check-in, equipment rental, and processing payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and databases; support club management with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with coaches, facility maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote upcoming tournaments, social events, and coaching programs and assist with event sign-ups.
