Job summary

Changi Beach Club is seeking a dedicated Membership/Sport Officer to ensure a positive member experience by managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, and maintaining strong member relationships.

The role involves serving as the first point of contact, managing membership registrations and renewals, responding to feedback, and supporting club events and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or membership management preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, simple systems).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the club reception / MRO counter.
• Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals, and updates.
• Attend to member feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including calls, walk-ins, and bookings.
• Support club events, promotions, and member engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate membership records and database.
• Assist with daily administrative/operation duties including some minor maintenance work and reporting.
• Ensure smooth coordination with operations and other departments.
