CERTIS CISCO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Security Operations Manager in Singapore to lead the operations team and oversee the security operations center.

The role involves directing incident response, coordinating strategic planning, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Responsabilités

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate effective leadership by guiding the operations team to high performance and adherence to standards.
• Operations Center Oversight: Direct and coordinate activities within the operations center for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Incident Management: Act as the central point of contact for security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to management to achieve organizational goals.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise the operations team, promoting SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in short and long-term planning with the management team.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate effective leadership by managing and inspiring the operations team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to established standards.
• Operations Center Oversight: Direct and coordinate comprehensive activities within the operations center, including strategic planning, deployment, and meticulous tracking of security operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Incident Management: Act as the central point of contact for security-related incidents. Prepare detailed incident reports, initiate follow-up actions, and communicate effectively with the management team to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Operational Support: Provide additional operational support to the management team as needed, contributing to the overall success of organizational objectives.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise the operations team, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate actively in short and long-term organizational planning and strategy discussions as an integral member of the management team, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders. Ensure open lines of communication and collaboration to uphold the organization's reputation and meet stakeholder expectations.

Skills & Experience

• Diploma/Degree from recognized institutions
• Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are highly encouraged to apply.
• May be required to work on a 12-hour rotating shift
• Proven Leadership experience with managing a team across geographic
• Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
• Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
• Demonstrates strong communication skills at all levels
