Job summary

Certis Land Security in Singapore is seeking a Security Executive/Senior Security Executive to oversee deployment planning, officer supervision, onboarding, training, incident management, site inspections and client events. The role requires strong leadership, security background, and sharp reporting skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deployment Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee deployment schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Officer Performance Supervision: Monitor, evaluate, and enforce discipline to enhance security officers' performance.
• New Officer Onboarding: Facilitate induction processes for new officers, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills.
• Team Guidance and Training: Provide support to security officers through counseling and guidance for personal and professional growth.
• Complaint and Incident Management: Handle complaints and incidents, preparing comprehensive reports for resolution and closure.
• Site Inspections and Event Participation: Conduct site inspections and actively participate in client events to uphold the security service's reputation and ensure efficient and smooth operations at client premises.
• Operational Support: Provide operational support by standing in duty posts when required to maintain continuous service.

Skills & Experience

• Ideal candidates should possess robust supervisory experience, particularly within the uniformed services or in managing security functions, whether in-house or externally.
• Holding a certification as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Supervisor is considered a valuable asset.
• Strong writing skills are essential for the preparation of reports and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Candidates should consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, upholding the industry's standards.
• Prospective candidates must be prepared to respond to operational requirements beyond standard office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
