Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT systems administrator to monitor the MSDC environment, manage patching and VM provisioning, and escalate hardware or software faults. The role requires RHEL/Windows Server skills, Nutanix familiarity, and relevant cloud or HC Infra certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Experience in RHEL, Windows Server administration, Windows client e.g. Win OS image provisioning.
• Experience in Nutanix platform such as Prism central, Nutanix Files, Nutanix Move etc and Ansible.
• Possess at least one Cloud and/or Hyper-Converged Infra certification from AWS, MS, Google, Oracle, Nutanix or VMware of Professional level and above or equivalent.
• Only Singaporeans will be considered for this opportunity due to the nature of the project.

• Perform 1st level troubleshooting for server or VM issues
• Escalate fault to contractors for hardware fault / software errors
• Maintain compliance to managed systems
• Perform VM or project resource provisioning to multi-tenants
• Perform regular patching to managed systems
• Manage common services such as AD, SQL DB, Veeam Backup, Microsoft Configuration Manager, SEPM
