Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Channel Sales leader to drive growth by managing a robust partner network and aligning partner plans with vendor goals. You will own pipeline, forecasting and collaborate with vendors, distributors, and resellers to close deals.

You will promote vendor technologies, lead enablement sessions, and deliver GTM activities while monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales, business development or vendor alliances.
• Strong understanding of IT distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise vendors, distributors and resellers.
• Ability to engage senior management and executives.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data center or collaboration solutions.
• Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results oriented and independent in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic development and management of channel partners.
• Develop and execute channel business plans aligned with vendor and organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, resellers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration through the partner ecosystem.
• Own pipeline development, sales forecasting, and opportunity management to achieve targets.
• Promote vendor technologies and value-added services to drive solution adoption and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Presales teams to deliver POCs, solution designs, and BOMs.
• Provide channel partners with technical, commercial, and pricing guidance to support deal closures.
• Conduct product updates, enablement sessions, and GTM activities to strengthen partner capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
