Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a seasoned Production Engineer – Team Lead in Singapore to guide incident response, tooling, and reliability across our cloud platform. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, mentor junior engineers, and shape strategic incident management programs to improve MTTR and platform resilience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production engineering or SRE.
• Cloud platforms: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP.
• Familiar with ITIL and SRE practices.
• Monitoring/alerting: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Automation: Python, Bash, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management and recovery efforts.
• Define and track SLOs, KPIs, and reliability metrics.
• Mentor cloud operations team and develop incident playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response.
