Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SRE & Service Delivery Lead to oversee Site Reliability Engineering and production support for business-critical applications in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment. You will drive incident response, RCA, and continuous reliability improvements across AWS, Azure, OCI, on-prem, and SaaS platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud experience, and a background in Java/COBOL with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SRE, Service Delivery, Production Support, or a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years working with cloud environments.
• Strong incident management, production support, reliability, and service improvements.
• Hands-on observability and monitoring experience.
• Experience driving automation and operational improvements.
• Tech understanding: Java, COBOL, and modern front-end tech.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Experience managing complex, business-critical production environments.
• Financial Services experience preferred, Insurance domain preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE and production support activities across business-critical applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of SREs and Production Support Engineers.
• Lead major incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, and service recovery.
• Monitor availability, performance, and production health against SLAs/SLOs.
• Drive reliability improvements, automation, and support processes.
• Manage performance monitoring, health checks, and DR readiness.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and incident docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, and Incident Management teams.
• Provide timely updates to management during major incidents.
