Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and safeguard the reliability of our next-generation financial platforms. You will partner with product and engineering teams across the globe to deliver resilient systems that power our fast-growing online brokerage.

We value 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong AWS and container orchestration skills, automation with Python or Go, Linux and CI/CD expertise, and bilingual English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering roles.
• Strong background in AWS (or GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar for automation.
• Solid Linux administration and CI/CD experience.
• Proven incident management and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication across global teams.
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Experience supporting regulated financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own system reliability: design, implement, and operate highly available distributed systems.
• Build automation at scale: monitor, alert, and use infrastructure-as-code.
• Partner with global development teams to ensure reliability from design to deployment.
• Lead on-call processes, perform root-cause analysis, and reduce MTTR.
• Evaluate and adopt cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Prometheus, AWS) to stay scalable and secure.
• Lead disaster recovery, chaos testing, and capacity planning for critical services.
