• After-sales Huawei Cloud support.
• Improve cloud service availability architecture and identify problems.
• Provide technical support during customer major guarantees, including on-site exchanges, fault location and delimitation, drill program output, and related work.
• Compile and output related technical documents and support standardization of customer service.
• Deliver Huawei Cloud operation and maintenance management to help customers migrate to the cloud smoothly.
• Improve service capacity for TOP customers.
• Deliver Huawei Cloud service support plans.
