You will lead project implementations and troubleshoot critical virtualized infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in CS/Engineering/Telecommunications or equivalent with distinction.
• CCIE and HCIE will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation, management, and troubleshooting of virtualized infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Provide low level network solution/design to office/channel partner/customers.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and regional/HQ teams to address end-to-end project issues.
• Create technical documents (SoW, operational guides, infrastructure docs).
• Stay updated with new technologies and perform product training for partners and customers.
