Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT professional to oversee service delivery and system management for a cloud environment in a public-sector setting. You will coordinate service delivery, track performance and risks, and support governance, compliance and security oversight.

You will also help maintain system plans and procedures, monitor assets and technology lifecycle matters, and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or IT project/system management.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with IT governance, compliance, security or service delivery.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
