Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager, Cloud Product & Partnerships to support the Product Director in managing partner-driven ICT product workstreams in Singapore. You will coordinate onboarding, prepare pricing analyses, assist with contract closure, and enable sales teams with product information.

You will work with partners, Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT to progress solutions in a structured, timely way, escalating strategic or risk issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of ICT product/solution management or partner/commercial support experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, internal stakeholders and sales teams.
• Certification in cloud, product management, project management, Agile or business analysis.
• Good understanding of ICT products and partner-led solution models.
• Able to prepare pricing and margin analyses and support commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners (NDA, compliance, approvals) and maintain trackers and timelines.
• Prepare pricing, margin analysis and support commercial discussions with partners.
• Coordinate contract review with Legal, Finance, Risk and other stakeholders. Track signature status.
• Support product readiness and sales enablement with product information and FAQs.
• Monitor partner progress, pipeline and issues; prepare business review materials.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Product Director review.
