Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a proactive product professional to define and execute strategy across networking, cloud and security—from concept through launch—ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs and the company’s vision.

You will architect enterprise solutions for on‑premises, data centers, hybrid environments and cloud, translating capabilities into measurable ROI and driving API‑driven integration for scalable, innovative offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in product management or pre-sales in ICT, Telco, or SI environment.
• Knowledge in Networking, Cloud and/or security.
• Familiarity with market trends and enterprise needs.
• Interest in API-driven integration, AI and automation tools.
• Experience in process management, ICT solutioning or deployment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and program management.
• A self-starter with curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across networking, cloud and security technologies — from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
• Architect enterprise solutions that meet critical market use cases, balancing technical reliability with commercial viability and long-term platform evolution.
• Design integrated multi-technology solutions for on-premises, data centers, hybrid environments, cloud, security and API-driven architectures.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes, enabling customers to achieve measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor technologies and ecosystems, negotiate strategic partnerships, select optimal components for scalability, innovation and potential managed services offering.
• Collaborate with solution and operations teams to define delivery frameworks covering provisioning, integration, UAT and production transition.
• Monitor emerging technology trends in networking, cloud, virtualization, network security, AI-driven infrastructure and IoT to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
• Champion design principles to integrate solutions for seamless connectivity across networking, cloud and security services and align with Singtel’s core infrastructure to deliver differentiated values.
