Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager, CloudProduct & Partnerships to support the Product Director in ICT product and partner solution workstreams. You will coordinate partner onboarding, ensure compliance, assist with pricing analyses and sales enablement, and help bring partner solutions to market.

Working closely with partners, Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT, you will manage day-to-day follow-ups and escalate strategic or risk-related decisions for review.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of ICT product/solution management or partner management experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, internal stakeholders and sales teams.
• Certification in cloud, product or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and coordinate partners, including NDA and compliance checks.
• Prepare pricing, margin and commercial analyses for partner solutions.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Risk and other stakeholders.
• Support product readiness and create sales enablement materials and FAQs.
• Track partner performance, pipeline and facilitate regular reviews.
