Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager, CloudProduct & Partnerships to support the Product Director in managing ICT product and partner solution workstreams, coordinating onboarding, pricing analysis, contract closure, and product readiness, enabling sales teams with product information.

You will work closely with partners, Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT to ensure progress is structured and timely, manage day-to-day follow-ups, and escalate strategic, commercial or risk-related decisions

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years of ICT product/solution management, partner management or commercial support experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, internal stakeholders and sales teams.
• Certification in cloud, product management, project management, Agile or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner onboarding, NDA, compliance checks and approvals.
• Prepare pricing, margin and commercial analysis for partner solutions.
• Coordinate contract review activities with Legal, Finance, Risk and other stakeholders.
• Support product readiness activities and sales enablement materials.
• Prepare partner review decks and monitor pipeline and actions.
